Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and mission-driven Marketing Operations Coordinator to support the planning, execution, and optimization of our marketing and communications efforts. This role is essential in ensuring that our marketing systems, tools, and processes function efficiently, helping amplify our message and drive audience engagement.
The Marketing Operations Coordinator will play a key role in supporting the Marketing team’s goals related to partnership activations, program engagement, and special initiatives. This includes organizing marketing deliverables, managing assets, supporting research efforts, and maintaining a high level of project coordination.

What You’ll Do
Print Production
- Manage logistics for print and premium production, coordinating proofs, quantities, specs, shipping, deadlines, and invoices with internal and external stakeholders.
- Source and manage production timelines, budgets, and delivery of branded premiums and event materials.
Content & Asset Management
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive database of images, videos, quotes, milestones, awards, and organizational history.
- Support website updates and maintenance in collaboration with the digital marketing team.
- Execute RIF’s text messaging strategy to support program and content engagement.
Analytics & Reporting
- Track and compile performance metrics for email, website, and social media campaigns.
- Monitor KPIs related to engagement, traffic, and conversions.
General Marketing Support
- Conduct research aligned with strategic priorities around brand, awareness, engagement, advocacy, and reach.
- Develop decks for external meetings, conferences, and presentations.
- Provide support for partner activations, special initiatives, and campaigns as needed.
Graphic Design Support
- Provide entry-level graphic design assistance for print materials, content, social media, and other assets under the guidance of RIF’s Creative Director.
What You’ll Need
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution.
- Willingness to learn about print production, design, and brand standards.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel); open to learning Adobe, Canva, and Salesforce.
- Highly organized, with strong project management skills and attention to detail.
- Professional verbal and written communication skills in both individual and group settings.
- Comfortable collaborating with internal and external stakeholders.
